Application

This machine is one kind of single side rotary tablet pressφ machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-εside engraved tablet.

This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemist<ry, foodstuff, electronic industries.

Feature:

1.Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully cl≠osed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.

2.Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be o♣bserved clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is ₽easy.

3.Speed adjustable by frequency inverter, the motor is fixed on the base plate, pr≥event the motor vibrating during working.

4.The upper and lower guide rails and punches are lubricated with an intermittent fix<ed low flow rate automatic lubricating system so as to reduce the wear of guide rails.

5.Hydraulic overload protection device is equipped, the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch pins from b eing damaged.

6.A high precision pressure sensor is equipped with an ampli≠fier provided with gaining and self-checking functions so as to implement self-checking" of tablet compression pressure reliably.

7.Double impeller type force feeder, improve granules flow-ability and filling performance, ensure the filling precision.
