Feature:

1.Perfect pressure system with main pressure & pre pressure,large press ure wheel with special structure design, so the mach≥ine has the ability of bearing heavy load without deformation and hαaving long compression time.

2.Machine rotation speed is high and the turret linear speed is more than 100m/min≠;the maximum output can reach 450,000 tablets/h, it c↑an meet the requirements of mass production for most pha•rmaceutical companies.

3.Upper pressure wheel is equipped with high accuracy pressure sensor ↑through the lever principle. The average working pressure and s<ingle value pressure of tablets can be accurately displayed in touch screen. Once actual workin"g pressure exceeds the limit, the machine will automatically stop.

4.This machine adopts automatic lubrication system to supply oil to the upper & lower guide ra→ils, pressure wheels, upper &lower punches, elc., The lubrica&tion time is freely adjusted on the touch screen, so as to obtain the bes÷t lubrication effect,reduce noise and extend the usin→g life of related parts.

5.Without handwheel control, the main pressure, pre-pressure and filling volume can b∏e adjusted automatically via touchscreen.

6.Adopt high strength frame structure, main pressure 100KN and pre-≈pressure 40KN. It is especially suitable for direct powder compression, herbal m®edicine tablets and big size tablets.

7.The tablet compression chamber adopts fully enclo±sed transparent window structure, which can clearly observe the working sta☆te. The tablet chute is located on the corner of main column, which makes it easy to open the door and window,ensure good sealing performance and effectively prevents du™st pollution.

8.Tablet compression chamber is completely separated from÷ mechanism transmission area to effectively prevent cross contaminatio¶n. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel or special surface treatm•ent. There is no dead corner in the tablet pressing chamber, easy to loadΩ and unload molds, easy to clean and maintain. It meets the GMP standard.
