Product Description

●　Application：

This machine is suitable for granulating for powder in container by spray binder.φ

●　Working principle：

Put the powder material into the fluid bed. The cold air is dra×wn into the fluid bed through the pre, middle and final ©filters(HEPA) and passes through the heating chamber behind the main machine,↓ heated to the desired temperature by the heater. The material is fluidized in the flu id bed regularly. The binder is delivered to the nozzle by the liquid pump, which is sprayed to th∏e fluidized material after being sheared into droplets by air.
The evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan.
