Process and Principle of Tablet Press

The die is a tablet press die for pressing tablets. The wo™rking end faces of the upper and lower punches form the surface shape of the tablet. The diame∏ter of the middle die is the diameter of the tablet. The die is tσhe main working element of the tablet press. Usually, a pair of dies includes th€ree parts: upper die, middle die and lower die. The struc÷ture of the upper and lower dies is similar, and the punch diameter is also equal>. The punch diameter of the upper and lower dies is m×atched with the die hole of the middle die, and can slide up and down freely ₽in the middle die hole, but there is no gap that can leak powder. According to the structural shape of the die, it can be divided into circu¥lar and special shapes (including polygonal and curved shapes). The shape of the punch end fac&e is flat, hypotenuse, shallow concave, deep concave and comprehensiγve.

Tablet presses appeared earlier in Europe and the United St★ates, with a history of nearly a hundred years. The types of tablets, sugar tablets‍, calcium tablets, coffee tablets, etc. The same year also designed and manufactured Ωthe ZP33, ZP19 type tablet press. During the "Seventh Five-Year Plan" period, σthe HZP26 high-speed tablet press of the 206 Institute of the Ministry of Aerona✘utics and Astronautics was successfully developed.
