The weight of the tablet is too poor (re↓ferring to the difference of the tablet weight exceedinΩg the limit specified in the pharmacopoeia) 1. The♦ particle thickness distribution is uneven, and the parti↔cle flow rate is different during tabletting, resulti<ng in uneven particle thickness filled into the middle> die hole. For example, if the amount of coarse particles is more, the tablet is light, and if t↕he amount of fine particles is more, the tablet is heavy. φSolution: the particles should be mixed or sifted too much fine powder. 2 If fine p¶owder adheres to the punch, the difference in sheet weight can be large during liftπing. At this time, the underpunch rotation is not ∞flexible, should be checked in time, remove the die, clean the underpunch and the middle die hole. ↕3 The fluidity of the particles is not good, and the amount of particles flowing βinto the middle die hole is more and less, which causes the d$ifference in sheet weight to be too large and exceed the limit. Solution: sho₩uld be re-granulation or adding suitable glidant such as micro←-powder silica gel, improve particle fluidity. 4 particle layering. Solve particle stratification and reduce particle size difference. 5 smaller tablets≤ choose larger particles of material. Solution: Choose the right ©size particles. 6 hopper is blocked, this phenomenon often occurs in the viscous or hygrosc≠opic strong drug. The hopper shall be dredged, the tableting environment shall be kept dr≈y, and the glidant shall be properly added to solve the probl"em. 7 There is a large difference in material storage within the material, ±which is controlled within 50%. 8 The feeder is unbalancedφ or not installed in place, resulting in uneven packing. 9 The s€craping plate is uneven or poorly installed. Solution: leveling. 10 With forced feeder, the sp♠eed of the forced feeder wheel does not match the speed of the turnt≈able. Solution: Consistent. 11 The consistency between the p₽unch and the middle die hole is not good, for example, more powder is leaked betwe±en the outer periphery of the underpunch and the wall of the die hole, resulting in the phenomenon of "astringent punch" in the underpunch, resultingφ in insufficient filling of materials. Therefore, the pu↔nch and the middle die should be replaced. 12 The length of the undershoot is different ≠and out of tolerance, resulting in uneven filling. Solution: repair the difference, the d↑ifference is within ± 5μm. 13 For undershoot with damping, the damping force adjusted by the ↔damping screw is not good. Readjust. 14 The filling track is worn or the fil∑ling mechanism is unstable. Solution: Replace or stabilize. 15 The pursuit of output, the turntable speed is too fast≤, and the filling volume is insufficient. In particular, when pres♠sing large films, the rotation speed should be appropriate•ly reduced to ensure sufficient filling. 16 The tablet press vibrates too muc₹h, the structure is loose, the assembly is unreaso nable or reassembled; the setting pressure of the tablet press is too large to reduce the pressure.
