The weight of the tablet is too poor (re ferring to the difference of the tablet weight exceeding the lim<it specified in the pharmacopoeia) 1. The particle thickness distri↕bution is uneven, and the particle flow rate is different during ★tabletting, resulting in uneven particle thickness÷ filled into the middle die hole. For example, if the am ount of coarse particles is more, the tablet is light, and if the amount of fine particles is★ more, the tablet is heavy. Solution: the particles ₩should be mixed or sifted too much fine powder. 2 If fine powder adheres to the punch, t$he difference in sheet weight can be large during lifting. At this  time, the underpunch rotation is not flexible, should be c₹hecked in time, remove the die, clean the underpunch and the middle dγie hole. 3 The fluidity of the particles is not good, and the amount of particles flowing into 'the middle die hole is more and less, which causes the difference in s®heet weight to be too large and exceed the limit. Sol€ution: should be re-granulation or adding suitable g¶lidant such as micro-powder silica gel, improve particle fluidity. 4 particle layering. Solve  particle stratification and reduce particle size difference. 5 smaller tablets choose ₹larger particles of material. Solution: Choose the right size particles. 6 hopper is blocked, tσhis phenomenon often occurs in the viscous or hygroscopic strong drug. The hopper shall be §dredged, the tableting environment shall be kept dry, and the glidant shall be p←roperly added to solve the problem. 7 There is a large difference in m®aterial storage within the material, which is controlled within 50%. 8 The feeder is unbalanced orσ not installed in place, resulting in uneven packing. 9 The scraping plat∏e is uneven or poorly installed. Solution: leveling. 10 With forced feeder, the spee‌d of the forced feeder wheel does not match the speed of the tur"ntable. Solution: Consistent. 11 The consistency between the punch and the middle Ωdie hole is not good, for example, more powder is leaked between the outer periphery of th<e underpunch and the wall of the die hole, resulting in the phenomenon of "astringent punch"∑ in the underpunch, resulting in insufficient filling o‍f materials. Therefore, the punch and the middle die should be r eplaced. 12 The length of the undershoot is different and out of tolerance, resulting in un↔even filling. Solution: repair the difference, the difference is within♣ ± 5μm. 13 For undershoot with damping, the damping force adjuste→d by the damping screw is not good. Readjust. 14 The filli↓ng track is worn or the filling mechanism is unstable. Solution: Replace or♣ stabilize. 15 The pursuit of output, the turntable speed is too fast, an•d the filling volume is insufficient. In particular, when pressing large films, ∏the rotation speed should be appropriately reduced to ensure sufficient filling. 16 The tablet pre‌ss vibrates too much, the structure is loose, the assembly is unreasonable or reassemble'd; the setting pressure of the tablet press is too large to reduce the pressure.σ
