The correct and reasonab↕le use method can ensure the quality of the tablet and the service life of the mold, theαreby reducing production costs. The following describes the use of soft water ♥salt tablet press mold precautions and equipment inspection:

1. the use of soft water salt tablet press mold should pay attention to the following po♥ints:

1. The stamping workshop should set up a mold room, and the inspection, inspection, maint♥enance, storage and distribution of the mold should be in the charge of a spe÷cial person.

2. Before and after use, check the surface roughness of the mold t&o see if there are curls, missing corners, cracks and wear; the side of the engra±ving mold should be bright to prevent the film from being difficult to identifyα and delaminate when pressing.

3. In order to prevent the weight of the plate from being i¶nconsistent, the length of the offset rod must be controlled. Especφially when using old and new molds, attention should be paid to the  consistency of length.

4. Based on the qualified tablet hardness, adjust the tabletting pressure as small as possible→; do not set the pressure too high to make the film as hard as possible.

5. The installation and disassembly of the mold should ±be carried out in accordance with the use method of the tablet pres©s.

6. After the tabletting is completed, the mold should be taken out→ in time, dried in time and oiled to prevent rust.​

Inspection of 2. soft water salt tablet press

1. Check whether the circuit of the soft water salt table∏t press is correctly connected.

2. Check whether the mold device is tight, correct and &stable, and whether there are missing edges, cracks, defo rmation and looseness.

3. Check whether the dust cover, silo, material box, feeder and all parts are ins&talled correctly.

4. Check the appearance of the machine to see if there is lubricating oil, an"d add it once before starting.

5. Before starting, operate step by step according to the prompts on the m←an-machine interface.

6. Start the motor switch and operate after normal operation.

7. Pay attention to whether the noise of the soft water salt tablet press is norm¥al. If you hear screams or strange sounds, stop the machine immediately to check.

8. Before the tablet pressing is completed, the remaiδning particles in the hopper should be tested and the feeding should be stopped.

9. Stop feeding before stopping, and stop the machine only after all the filling materials in™ the hopper are pressed down.

10. Press the main motor key, the host drive signal light goes out, and the host sto€ps running.

11. After stopping, clean the dust and dirt on the₽ surface of the hydraulic tablet press, and clean the inside and o₹utside of the mold.
