Soft water salt tablet pressIt is a continuous tablet press with automatic rotation and variable frequency speed regulati≈on, which is mainly used for tablet production in pharmaceutical® industry. Also suitable for chemical, food, electronics and other industrial arλeas of granular raw materials. The soft water salt tablet press is suitable fo÷r the compression of granular raw materials with a powder content of not more than 1>0%. Not suitable for semi-solid-wet granules-low melting εpoint-moisture-sensitive raw materials and powder compaction without granules. Performance of 1. soft water salt tablet press

1. Both sides and back of the equipment can be opened with special keys, m±aking the maintenance and repair of the machine more convenient.

2. The pressure, filling, film thickness and speed of the equipment can be adjusted. All adjuπstment handwheels are on the front of the machine, and there are instructions on the op÷eration panel. The tablet press is easy to operate and m∞aintain.

3. The upper pressure wheel is equipped with an unloading device, and its pressure can♥ be adjusted. When the working pressure of the punch exceeds ÷the preset pressure, the compression of the spring will unload the load, and the buzzer will emit ↓a sound and optical signal to stop to prevent mechanical damage.

4. The variable frequency motor is used for speed regulation, and the worm gear is d↓riven to rotate by the synchronous belt pulley. The rotary drive 29 of₹ the rotary table rotates the mold clockwise. Each set of molds c♦ompletes the feeding, filling, tabletting and tabletting processes through the upper and lower ×guide rails and pressing wheels.

5. The tablet press adopts a closed oil-lubricated worm gear transmission device to extend the≠ service life of the worm gear.

6. The pressure filling film thickness and speed of the equipment can be adjusted. All adjustmenσt handwheels are on the front of the machine, and there are instructions on the opβeration panel for easy operation and maintenance.

7. The drive mechanism of the soft water salt tablet press' is isolated from the compression chamber to ensure that the tablets meet GMP &requirements. Use non-toxic, non-corrosive stainless steel plates in the tablet compr∞ession chamber to isolate it from other components. There is a sealing device arou≠nd to prevent cross-contamination from the outside.

Maintenance of 2. Soft Water Salt Tablet Press

1. Before using the soft water salt tablet press, all oil cups, oil holes and frictionα surfaces must be coated with lubricating oil. Only after no-load operation can the fricti↕on surfaces be put into use so that all friction surfaces are covered with oil film.

2. Before each shift and after each shift adjustment, a few tablets must be manually tested. If the♦re is no problem, turn on the electric tablet.

During the equipment process, the quality of the mold must be checked f≥requently. If there is serious damage caused by edge defects, cracks or deform¶ation, it should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the machine and ±affect the quality of the tablets.

4. After daily use, take out the remaining powder pΩarticles and wipe all parts of the machine. If it is not used for a long time, the mold must be rem oved and the friction surface of the tablet press must be removed. Clean the worβk surface, apply anti-rust oil, and cover the dust co​ver; the mold should be wiped clean and stored in oil.

5. Check the parts regularly twice a month.
