The height of the work≈ surface to the ground is about600Millimeter or so (by hand, easy to operate). 21. Connect the motor to the ground wire before connecting the motor power to≥ ensure safety. Remove the V-belt, turn on the power supply of th<e motor, start the motor to observe whether the rotation direction↓ of the motor is correct (the rotation direction of the motor shaft should be opposite ÷to the arrow direction on the protective cover or hand wheel). If the‌ rotation direction is wrong, connect separately and then install th↕e V-belt.

1Installation of upper punch: unscrew the lower punch fixing screw, turn the hand wheel to¥ raise the lower punch core rod to the highest position, insert the low<er punch rod into the hole of the lower punch core rod (pay attention to align the notch slope¥ of the lower punch rod with the lower punch fixing screw and insert it to the bottom), and then tiβghten the lower punch fixing screw.

2Installation of underpunch: loosen the upper punch fastening nut, insert the ↓upper punch core rod into the hole of the upper punch core rod to the end, use a  wrench to clamp the hexagon at the lower part of the upper punch co✔re rod, and tighten the upper punch fastening nut.

3Installation of the middle die: loosen the fixing screw of the middle ‍die, place the middle die flat into the hole of the middl∏e die platen, and at the same time make the down punch into the hole of the middle die, preαss to the bottom, and then tighten the fixing screw of the middle die. When placing the middle mol d, pay attention to leveling the middle mold to avoid jaεmming and damaging the hole wall when placing it askew.

42. Rotate the hand wheel by hand to make the upper punch slo​wly descend into the middle die hole, and observe whether there is co★llision or friction. In case of collision or friction, loosen the fixβing screw of the middle die platen, adjust the fixing position of the middle die platen, make≈ the upper punch enter the middle die hole, and then tighten the fixing screw of t♣he middle die platen. The installation is qualified← until there is no collision or friction when the upper punch enters the middle di♦e.

52. Adjustment of the piece: Turn the hand wheel to raise the lower punch to the hig¶h position, and observe whether the lower punch surface is flush w♥ith the plane of the middle die (or high or low will affect the÷ piece). If not, loosen the butterfly screw, loosen the gear pressing plate to conve↓y the upper adjusting gear, make the lower punch surface flush wi th the plane of the middle die, then still press the pressing plate up and tγighten the butterfly screw.
