1. The three-layer tablet press is installed on a solid wood workbench (it can also be£ installed on a cement workbench) and fixed with foot nails. The height of thφe worktable from the ground is about 600mm (manual operation, easy to operate). 2. Please connect the ground wire to the motor befoλre turning on the power to ensure information security. Remove the V-belt, turn© on the working power of the motor, start the motor, and observe an¶d analyze whether the motor can rotate in the correct direction (the rotation direction of the m★otor shaft should be opposite to the arrow direction on the protective cover or hand w heel). 1. Install blunt head: tighten the loose blunt headβ fixing screw, turn the handwheel to lift the mandrel to a high position, insert the lower blu$nt head into the mandrel hole (note that the notch slope of the low✘er blunt head is aligned with the lower blunt head fixing scr♣ew and insert it into the end), and tighten the lower blunt head fixin€g screw.

2. Install the lower punch: loosen the upper punch fastening nut, insert the upper pun↓ch mandrel into the hole of the upper punch mandrel, insert it into the bottom end, clamp the low er hexagon punch mandrel with a wrench, and tighten the upper punch f↑astening nut.

3. Install a mold: loosen the fixing screws in the control mold, pl>ace the mold flat into the hole of the inner plate of the mold, and at the same timeφ make the hole into the mold. After pressing to the bottom, fix the enterprise and tighten  the screws in the mold. When placing the middle die, pay attention to make the¥ middle die flat, so as to avoid the tilt, which can be stuck when ≠placing and damage the hole wall.

4. Turn the hand wheel by hand and slowly fall into the mold to obse≥rve whether there is collision or friction. If there is c"ollision and friction, loosen the mold holder fixing screw, adjust the position of th✔e mold holder fixing screw, and punch the mold into the hole when★ entering the mold. Then tighten the fixing screws of the mold δbase so that the upper mold can only be installed without collision or f♠riction.

5. Slice adjustment: Turn the handwheel and push it to the high position. O₩bserve whether there is air on the pouring surface and the model surface (high or low will affec₩t the workpiece). If it is unqualified, loosen the butterfly screw  of the adjusting gear, move the gear plate in, make the mαodel plane face and gas become haggard, then static &pressure plate, tighten the thumb screw.
