What are the advantages of analytical tablet presses?
1. The laboratory tablet press machine is driven by a motor and the turntable rotates. W×hen the turntable drives 20 pairs of stamping dies to rotate, the turntabl$e with gears also drives the coring disc to rotate, the upper and lower punches move up and down alλong the bending guide to complete the filling and tabletting, aφnd the corer moves to complete the coring. Here, the outer layer is filled, c£ored and refilled to complete the pressing of the clad chip. 2. The powder suction device is composed of a powder suction nozzle, a damping pin,α a spring and an adjusting screw. The powder suction nozzle is fixed on the frame, and its© powder suction port is aligned with the pitch circle of ≤the core plate, but the position of the powder suction port is not adjustable, whγich meets the requirements of film suction. In the front through hole of the powder suction ∑nozzle, the damping pin is supported by a spring, and the ✔adjusting screw is pressed on the spring, so that the end surface of the damping pin iγs closely attached to the core plate, which eliminates the gear side generated when the core↓ plate is driven by three sets of gears. The backlash mak©es the core plate run smoothly and correspondingly impr♥oves the qualified rate of the core plate. When the machine is runniΩng, the powder suction device can suck out the chips and powder stuck on it with negati™ve pressure, which can prevent the surface of the chip from ea sily adsorbing the powder in the core plate hole and ©sticking to the chip. The phenomenon of "sticky core" will lead to± an increase in the core loss rate of the chip. In severe cases,> the stuck chip will break and the coring process cannot be ca↑rried out.
3. The fully enclosed structure is adopted, and the studio is isolated from the outside↔ world, which ensures the cleanliness of the drop core and thφe pressing area, and will not cause cross-contamination with th→e outside world.
4. The tableting room of the laboratory tablet press is made of stainless steel, whicπh is easy to clean and maintain, and ensures that the contact part with the drug is clean and free of pollution.
5. Due to the direct contact between the turntable and the powder, the stainless steel surface of↓ the turntable adopts innovative surface treatment tec>hnology, and the surface hardness is high, which ensures the corrosion resistan©ce and wear resistance of these surfaces, and correspondingly inhibits the precipitation of in∑soluble particles.
6. Using a split turntable, the part directly contacting the medicine can be disassembled to ensur↕e reliable cleaning and disinfection of the surface of this part.
7. The quality control of the cladding chip adopts "double multiple" automatic detection and elim±ination, so that the core content of the cladding chip meets the process req₩uirements.
8. The electrical control of the whole machine adopts PLC contr®oller and variable program control. It has various automatic control functions su©ch as overload shutdown and material shortage shutdown of tablet press. The photo®electric switch and pressure sensor double detection ensure automatic slicing of missing tablets. ☆First, using a photoelectric sensor, when the chip is missing φor the position is inaccurate, it will immediately send an abnormal signal; secondly, when the pressure sensor encounters an♠ undervoltage, it will send an abnormal signal. When an abnormal signal occurs in any♦ unit of this double detection, the PLC controller will start the stripping™ program to complete the stripping action. In order to ensure that the detection can still be completed when the photoelectric sensor fails,α two sets of photoelectric sensors are installed to make the core content of the chip meet the re£quirements. Based on the core plate tablet press, there are many actions and many detection points in the tablet pressing process, requiring a♦ccurate speed adjustment and control. The machine is controlled by a ✘pass-frequency motor and a frequency converter.
9. The operation of the machine hand wheel and electriβcal control are concentrated in the positive direction, easy to ≥operate. The tablet thickness, filling volume, pressure and speed↑ are all controlled by the adjusting handwheel and button, the adjustment range$ is controlled by a special device, and the adjustment size is displayed by t®he scale. 9 Pressure adjustment and speed adjustment can¥ only reach their respective values by pressing the function ke∞ys on the touch screen. They can be read directly by reading the ↔tachometer and pressure gauge, and the operation co♥ntrol is simple.
The electrical control system of the whole machine is safe, reliable and$ easy to operate and maintain. The control system has a¶ number of protective measures, the operation panel∑ has visual symbols, and the operation instructions are very intuitive, which is conducive to the troublesho£oting of operators and maintenance personnel.
11. The machine can be used as an ordinary tablet press with a slight modification, and can also be≤ used to compress double-layer tablets.
