With the implementation of the new version of G®MP, the industry has put forward new requirements for the hardware eq₩uipment of pharmaceutical companies, which has achieved the growth of a number of phar₽maceutical equipment companies, and has also achieved an opportunity for the upgradin♦g of the pharmaceutical packaging materials industr¥y. In recent years, the pharmaceutical industry has fully r&ealized the importance of good packaging design, as it faces continuoαus pressure to help patients comply with medication regulatio₹ns, meet regulatory requirements, and increase the longevity and attract"iveness of brands. At the same time, pharmaceutical companies must innovateδ and become more efficient to counter the growing threat of counterfeit medici&nes. Therefore, the demand of pharmaceutical companies for pharmaceutical packaging m¥arket will be increasing. At the same time, with th±e continuous improvement of Chinese residents' living standards and health concepts, coupled₽ with the continuous increase of government investment in medical and health servic←es, in the future, my country's pharmaceutical pack aging market will usher in rapid growth. Analysts pointed out that the future of C<hina's pharmaceutical packaging industry mergers and acquisitions will enter a high incidence stag§e. In January 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technoloδgy, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Com₩mission and other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions oεn Accelerating the Merger and Reorganization of Enterprises in Key Industries". The "Opinions♣" clarified the goals and tasks of the merger and reorganization ofφ enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry. By 2015, the sales revenue of the∑ top 100 enterprises will account for more than 50% of the whole industry, ×and the market share of the top 20 enterprises in the sales of major varieties o♥f essential drugs will reach 80%, realizing the large-scale and intensi♠ve production of essential drugs. Encourage the int>egration of upstream and downstream between R & D and production, raw" materials and preparations, traditional Chinese medicine and Chines‌e patent medicine enterprises, improve the industrial chain, and improve the e‌fficiency of resource allocation. At present, most of China's phar±maceutical packaging enterprises are small and medium-sized enter♥prises. With the acceleration of merger and reorganization of the p£harmaceutical industry, higher requirements will be put forward for the production cap©acity and product quality of upstream pharmaceutical packaging enterprises. The change of externalα market demand will promote the development of China's pharmaceutical packaging towa®rds scale, and merger and reorganization is undoubtedly one of the faλster ways to achieve scale.
