Most small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises in the use of tabl→et presses still have problems, that is, machine pollution, cleaning difficulties, product≤s can not achieve online testing, equipment operation records by manual filling, etc. Due to the♦ limitations and defects of the equipment, it also brings m§any practical problems to the GMP management and product quality o★f the enterprise.
One of the main reasons for the contamination of tablet presses is that the desεign of the lubrication system is unreasonable, the particularity o✘f pharmaceutical equipment is not fully considered, the equipment lubrication uses a §large number of liquid lubricants, and the sealing is not good, which ofte n causes drug contamination. Equipment manufacturers can consider adding grease timing↔ lubrication devices on tablet presses or adopting reliable sealing methods to reduce or eliminat±e lubricant contamination of drugs. Another major source of pollution is that the sealing between the feeder and the rotating platform® is not good, resulting in dust pollution. The British MANESTY adopts a g¶apless feeder with a polyurethane sealing ring structu£re to make the bottom of the feeder contact with the middle mold of the turntable to achieve ze"ro clearance, thus avoiding the defects of the current feeder in sealing.
Most domestic tabletting equipment cleaning is very difficult, can not® achieve online cleaning. When cleaning, not only should the uppeλr punch, lower punch and middle die be removed, but also there a±re many dead corners that are not easy to remove and€ clear. While some foreign tablet presses can achieve rapid loading and ★unloading and online cleaning. That is, with a small number ∞of tools and adjusting a small number of parts, the parts that need to be cleaned♣ can be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled. Some tablet presses also use a replaceab<le turntable to achieve rapid cleaning. Domestic tablet presses should also be imp roved in this regard.
The main development direction of foreign tablet press♣: production under intelligent and ultra-micro unit control and sealing cond•itions. Some even use transmission equipment such as magnetic powder c lutches and magnetic powder brakes, which shows that foreign tablet presses have t✘aken another step. There are nearly 30 tablet press manufacturers in China, and there ♥are as many as five or six that can produce high-speed tablet∞ presses. However, due to the weakness of basic research, the lack of talents and∞ the imperfect innovation mechanism for a long time, there is still a big gap with foreign advanc★ed tablet press and tablet technology.
