3. Preserve the mold: After cleaning, apply a layer of food-grade lubricant (oil↑, edible oil), put it in a special protective box or mold storage box, put ×it on the shelf, and mark the size. Keep it on the she€lf.
4. Screen the material with a laboratory tablet press before tableting to avoid loose fragmenεts, leaf and disc weight differences caused by raw materia ls when tableting.
5. Selection of sheet type (mold): The correct selection of sh'eet type is a successful step for tabletting molds, for example, chewable tablets have high &hardness requirements and are easy to chew, and most of them use beveled flat plates; ¶film coatings can be selected as dimple shapes. In the case of →raw materials, there is no binder or lubricant in the raw materials, and the pressure r≥equired when compressing tablets is large, and the sheet type is preferably shallow. For tablets w$ith large sugar content, the sheet design is preferably ≈shallow or flat, and medium-sized molds can use alloy steel o€r cemented carbide.
